Our offer is subject to the availability of the room offered at the time of acceptance.
To confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% of the booking amount must be paid free of charge by bank transfer to our account.
Your booking will only become binding once your deposit has been received.
NOTE: According to § 18 (1) (10) FAGG (Distance and Off-Premises Sales Act), there is no 14-day right of withdrawal!
We apply the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry.
On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 3:00 p.m.
On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate your room by 10:00 a.m.
The cancellation policy in accordance with the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry applies.
Up to 3 months before the arrival date: free cancellation possible.
3 months to 1 month before the arrival date: 40% of the total price.
1 month to 1 week before the arrival date: 70% of the total price.
In the last week before the arrival date: 90% of the total price.
These regulations comply with the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (AGBH 2006).
